Job responsibilities:

Responsible for research, development, and production of new energy battery materials.

Main responsibilities:

-Research new battery materials, explore their application prospects, and participate in new research and development work;

-Participate in battery material experiments and improvements to ensure the accuracy and reliability of experimental results;

-Write papers and reports related to the research and development of battery materials, and report the progress and results of research and development to superiors;

-Responsible for tracking and managing the progress of battery material research and development projects, ensuring timely completion of projects;

-Collaborate with engineers from other departments to assist with charger, battery assembly, and other related tasks.

<h5>Job requirements:</h5><br> <p>-Doctoral degrees in materials science and engineering, electrochemistry, and<br> related fields, with over 3 years of experience in battery material research and<br> development;</p><br> <p>-Passionate about new energy battery technology, with strong research abilities<br> and team spirit;</p><br> <p>-Familiar with the preparation, characterization, and property testing methods of<br> battery materials, and understand the research and development process of<br> battery materials;</p><br> <p>-Having good English reading and writing skills, able to understand literature<br> and technical reports related to battery materials.</p><br> <p><br /></p>
